The show when it comes full throttle will see the super duper celebrities doing what no one has seen their favorite celebs doing outside their usual spotlight. The show is out to promote the unity,love,harmony and togetherness amongst couples who depend on each other to make their homes a lovely place to live in’ The project seeks to promote our cultural heritage as it concerns our food and other culinary delicacies and couples participating in the challenge will display their knowledge of these Nigerian dishes

This new show is proposed to kick off in 2024. Celebrity Couples Chef Challenge C4 is also designed to grant any State in the country hosting rights to the event as long as interest is indicated by such a state. Under the Celebrity Couples Chef Challenge, 40 couples will battle each other for the title of being the best Celebrity Couple Chef outside their normal celeb status. Millions of naira are up for grabs as cash prizes in the chef challenge for the last 5 standing couples who will go into the finals for the title of best Celebrity Couple Chef.

There are also mouth watering prizes for the other winners in the challenge. The show is open to all married celebrity couples in the country who have a verifiable status of being married irrespective of their age. Celebrities who are not married are not eligible to take part in the show. The project will have a setting where an anchor a celebrity will take charge of the show and ensure that all laid down rules relating the show is adhered to. As the show begins, the anchor will inform the couples contesting for the star prize and title of being crowned Celebrity Couples Chef of the Year the process of getting to the final stage of the show.

The show will also x-ray to Nigerians how celebrity husbands helps out with kitchen chores with their wives and how they bond in their homes. The project also will bring the likes of Anita Okoye,and hubby Paul Rude Boy Okoye, Mercy Johnson and Odi her husband or Omotola Jalade Ekehinde and hubby Matthew Ebere Okaro Onyuike and her husband and Nigerians will then sit back and watch them entertain audience across the nation with their culinary skills.

The show surely is pregnant with a lot of excitement and fun as it runs its full course. It’ is projected that the event will run for 30 days and will also see other celebrity couples being eliminated as it progresses until the last 5 couples enters a final bout that will produce the eventual winners.

The Show will run through a knock out stage where celebrity couples will be eliminated on how they approach their cooking tasks given to them by the anchor of the challenge. The contestants will be made to choose from the list of Nigerian foods available and given ample time to cook and present the final cooked food to the panel of judges drawn from a list of celebrities and professionals from the hospitality sector.

The panel of judges for the show will also have faces from the Entertainment Industry in Nigeria. The contestants will be made to pick blindly the food that will be cooked by them and points will be given for their knowledge and mastery of cooking a particular food. Lucky celebrity couples who complete their cooking task will qualify to remain in the competition and move to the next level, why those who fall short of points will be asked to leave the show. There will be an audience for each episode and they will form part of the crowd that would add bite to the show.

As the show continues with each celeb power couple advancing towards the star prize, list of Nigerian local delicacies will be the main highlight as it concerns the contestants cooking their allotted food. In the end, the program hopes to use our celebs promote our cultural heritage as it concerns various local Nigerian dishes. It will also show and promote love among couples and how each couple compliments the other in their home as it relates to helping out with kitchen cooking chores.
